Rule check
A non-credit-qualifying streamline does not require the lender to verify income or recalculate debt ratios, and it may use an abbreviated application. A credit-qualifying streamline requires full credit and income review and is needed in certain cases, such as when a borrower is being removed from the loan. The lender decides which path applies.
